These are not supplied with any software but the more advanced buyers can download the sdk and or use standard Java libraries to interact with the device. A copy of the API document can be found here . More information on this product in including access to software ACS
If you are not a software developer we do highly recommend you look at Wak Dev's software package NFC Tools for desktop as they have a version for the main platforms Windows, Apple Mac and Linux and it is compatible with this device. It is very easy UI for reading tags and writing standard information like text and URLs.

Depending on the material it will determine the method used for printing as an example anything made from PVC or PET plastic whether flexible or hard can take full colour printing. Anything made from a hard plastic like ABS, PA6 or PPS can typically only use laser printing / engraving or screen printing that lends itself to serial numbers or a very simple one coloir design.
